RICHMOND HILL — Police released a surveillance image this week of a man believed to have stolen a car in Richmond Hill, according to cops.
Authorities said a 44-year-old man parked his 1997 Dodge Caravan on the northwest corner of 110th Street and 107th Avenue at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 24.
The suspect then allegedly broke the driver’s side window, climbed in and drove off, police said.
