STEPHANIE L. HAHN, age 97, died peacefully on Sunday, November 16, at Maefair Healthcare Center in Trumbull, Conn. She was born November 1, 1917 in Brooklyn and was the daughter of the lateAnton and Louise Vatovec. She was predeceased by her husband Gus, brother Otto, and sisters Louise Stephani and Anna Raynor. Stephanie worked for 50 years at the John S. Swift Printing Co. in NewYork City before moving from Ridgewood, Queens to Bridgeport, Conn.

She is survived by her loving sister, Josephine Hahn, and Goddaughter, Stephanie Domanick, her husband Dr. Thomas Domanick and their sons William and Stephen Domanick all of Trumbull. She has many loving nieces and nephews including Carol Clarke, Diane Grant, Carl Stephani, Lyn Gates, Carl and Paul Dolle, Richard, Robert, and Roy Hearfield.

The family extend their thanks to her long term caregivers, Hillary and Carlos at Maefair Healthcare Center.

There will be no calling hours and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the charity of your choice.

RUTH STAPF (nee PFLUGER), formerly of Ridgewood, Queens,
died on Sunday, November 16, at the age of 94. She is predeceased
by her husband, John, and daughter, Jeanne, and is survived by her
granddaughter Elaina. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at
Ozanam Hall Nursing Home, Bayside, where she resided at the time
of her passing. She was laid to rest at the Cemetery of the Evergreens
in Brooklyn. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of
Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Blvd., Flushing.

KAZIMIERZ SITARZ died on Sunday, November 16, at the age
of 72. He was the beloved husband of Krystyna, loving father of
Dorota Caetano, Iwona Leger, Anna Rojas and Marta Sitarz, fatherin law of Phillip and Joe, cherished grandfather of Isabela, Victoria,
Kevin, Hannah and Max and dear brother of Roman and Krystyna.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Tuesday, November 18,
at St. Aloysius Church, Ridgewood, followed by interment at Linden
Hill Cemetery, Ridgewood, under the direction of Papavero Funeral
Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

ANTONINA PASCIAK of Ridgewood died on Sunday, November
16, at the age of 79. A native of Yugoslavia, she was the devoted
mother of Eva Hulewicz. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at

JUSTIN R. HUBER of Ridgewood died on Saturday, November
15, at the age of 84. A native of Pfaffenhofen, Germany, he was the
beloved husband of Sophie and devoted father of Justin Huber,
Eleanor Boresta, Lorraine Gericke, Anita DiDio and Richard Huber.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Matthias

CORNELIA LAZIC of Bayside died on Saturday, November 15, at
the age of 81. A native of Barite, Banat, Yugoslavia, she was the wife
of the late Aleksa, devoted mother of Georgina Baldea and dear
sister of Ana Geteiant and Viorika Mlagia. She is also survived by
two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were

by entombment at St. Michael’s Cemetery, East Elmhurst.

ROSA CHIMIENTI of St. James, N.Y. died on Friday, November
14, at the age of 89. A native of Italy, she was the wife of the late
Saverio Chimienti, devoted mother of Joseph and Michael A.
Chimienti and dear sister of Vito, Nicholas and Vittorio Novielli.
She is also survived by five grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Sacred

at the age of 86. A native of Brooklyn, she was the wife of the late
William, devoted father of Steven Weeks, Nadine Matos and
Michael Weeks and dear sister of Irma Dente and Gladys Buscemi.

OLIVIA LEGER died on Thursday, November 9, at the age of 90.
She was the loving mother of Lucila Leger Guzman and Julio Leger,
cherished grandmother of Ivan, Michelle, Rafaela, Sofie, Miguel
and Carmen and great-grandmother to six great-grandchildren.
