DOROTHY C. WATKLEVICZ of Ridgewood died on Sunday,
November 23, at the age of 62. She was the beloved partner of Richard
Belardo, devoted mother of Robert Kampf Jr., Richard Kampf, Cheryl
Miller and Jaimie Rivera and dear sister of Mary Fisher. She is also
survived by 10 grandchildren. Services were offered on Wednesday,
November 26, at Hess-Miller Funeral Home, 64-19 Metropolitan Ave.,
Middle Village, followed by cremation at Fresh Pond Crematory,
Middle Village.

GORICA DODENC of Ridgewood died on Saturday, November 22,
at the age of 72. A native of Kusic, Yugoslavia, she was the wife of the
late Vasilje and devoted mother of Vasa Dodenc, Nick Dodenc and
Peter Dodenc. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren. Services were offered at Morton Funeral
Home/Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood, by Rev.
Viorel Dimitrescu, followed by interment at Linden Hill Cemetery,
Ridgewood.

SIMEON TORRES of Glendale died on Friday, November 21, at the
age of 69. A native of Aguada, Puerto Rico, he was the devoted father
of Yvette Torres-Lugo and Linette Torres-Maldonado and dear brother
of Carmen Montanez, Victorio Torres and Joseph Torres. He is also
survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services
were offered at Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, 663
Grandview Ave., Ridgewood, followed by interment at Forest Green
Park, Morganville, N.J.

ANDA SPASIC of Mahopac, N.Y. died on Thursday, November 20,
at the age of 77. A native of Bosnia, Yugoslavia, she was the wife of
the late Milorad and devoted mother of Vlada Spasic and Radmila
Stajic. She is also survived by one grandchild. Services were offered

JOHN J. (BUDDY) O’HARE died on Tuesday, November 18, at
the age of 85. He was the husband of Helena, beloved father of
Bridget and Frank Logozzo, Colleen, Kathleen and Kelly Ann and
cherished grandfather of Tara, Justin and Stephanie and greatgrandfather of Ryan and Erin. He was predeceased by his mother,
two sisters and a brother. He was a former employee of Ruperts,
Schaefer and Strohs breweries. A Mass of Christian Burial was
offered on Saturday, November 22, at Our Lady of Hope Church,
Middle Village, followed by cremation at Fresh Pond Crematory,
Middle Village, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-

CASIMIR A. PETEKIEWICZ died on Tuesday, November 18, at
the age of 99. He was the husband of the late Rose Petekiewicz,
loving father of Maryann Petekiewicz, Anthony and Nancy
Petekiewicz, Joyce Buono and Theresa Petekiewicz, cherished
grandfather of Matthew, Frank, Paul, Christopher and Michael and
great-grandfather of Nina. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served
during World War II. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on
Saturday, November 22, at St. Adalbert’s Church, Elmhurst,
followed by interment at All Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village, under
the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave.,

November 18, at the age of 57. She was the devoted mother of Jenna
