The architect behind a 60-unit, mixed-use building going up in Rego Park has just released a rendering of what it would look like when finished.

The 75,000-square-foot luxury rental, located at 98-02 Queens Blvd., will have studios and one-,two- and three-bedroom units, according to published reports. The ground floor will house retail space and 7,000 square feet of medical offices will be located on the first floor.

Amenities will include a gym, indoor playground, indoor pool and bike storage.

A one-story complex that is home to Vera Pharmacy, Japanese restaurant Sato and Masbia Soup Kitchen will be demolished this spring to make room for the structure.

George Baharestani of Bahar Corporation is the owner and developer of the property and Forest Hills-based Peter Casini Architect is behind the design.

DNAinfo first reported the story.
