Lanes on the Queens side of the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge will be closed this weekend as the MTA conducts roadway repairs.

Beginning on Friday at 11 p.m. and extending through Saturday at 6 p.m, lanes approaching the Bronx toll plaza will be closed. A total of three lanes will be closed from Friday night until Saturday at 7 a.m. On Saturday, two lanes will be shut down, an MTA spokesperson said.

The MTA will be removing and replacing sections of the roadway and repaving surfaces.

Commuters should expect delays and might want to consider alternate routes, the MTA said.
