Man shot in the face outside of Dunkin’ Donuts in Jackson Heights on Sunday afternoon

Police are looking for two men wanted in connection to a shooting that occurred outside of a Dunkin’ Donuts in Jackson Heights on Sunday.

On May 29, two men approached a 37-year-old male victim at 89-22 Roosevelt Ave. at about 2:25 p.m. One of the suspects pulled out a firearm from his waistband and discharged at least one shot before fleeing northbound on 89th Street, according to officials.

The victim sustained graze wounds on his forehead and under his right eye but was not taken to the hospital. According to a NYPD spokesperson, the victim did not appear to know the suspects but the investigation is ongoing.
