Talk about a door-buster deal.

Two bandits who smashed their way through the entrances of cellphone stores in Middle Village and Long Island City and stole high-tech merchandise this month remain on the lam.

Authorities said the brazen crooks used a vehicle to smash open the front door of the RadioShack store located at 69-18 Metropolitan Ave. in Middle Village at 2:35 a.m. on the morning of Oct. 2. Once inside, they removed an unknown quantity of cellphones, tablets and accessories, then fled the scene.

Three days later, law enforcement sources said, the pair struck again, this time breaking through a glass panel on the front door of a T-Mobile store located at 32-02 Queens Blvd. in Long Island City at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 5. The bandits got away with an unknown quantity of cellphones, tablets and miscellaneous items.

The Middle Village break-in was reported to the 104th Precinct, while the 108th Precinct responded to the Long Island City caper.

Police described the suspects as black males between 30 and 40 years of age. One of the perpetrators had a bald head and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and black sneakers; his counterpart wore a gray and black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and light color sneakers.
