To alleviate congestion due to holiday travel, the Port Authority has made rides on the LaGuardia Link (Q70) bus free.

The LaGuardia Link provides service linking Terminals B, C and D with main transportation hubs in Woodside and Jackson Heights. Travelers can take the bus from the 61st Street-Woodside and Roosevelt Avenue-74th Street train stations.

Parking will also be free at Long-Term Lot, P10 on Dec. 22. The parking will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and drivers should enter the lot from the 82nd Street Bridge, the agency said. Friday is expected to be the busiest day of the holiday travel season at LaGuardia Airport.

The LaGuardia Link connects riders to the 7 line and Long Island Rail Road at 61st Street-Woodside and the 7, E, F, M and R trains at Roosevelt Avenue-74th Street.
