Teen suspect arrested in attempted rape of a 4-year-old in Rosedale: Cops
Police said a 15-year-old male was arrested on charges of attempted rape, burglary and aggravated sex abuse of a 4-year-old girl in her Rosedale home.

Police said a 15-year-old male was arrested on charges of attempted rape, burglary and aggravated sex abuse of a 4-year-old girl in her Rosedale home near Francis Lewis Boulevard Sunday.

According to law enforcement, the suspect may have used a ladder to enter the home through a window where the toddler was on the second floor when the assault occurred.

The suspect was arrested Tuesday at about 2:30 a.m. after an ongoing investigation into the incident, police said.
