Police found a Jackson Heights man dead in his home after falling down basement stairs.

A Jackson Heights man died on Sunday after he fell down stairs leading to a basement in his home.

Police responded to a 911 call on June 18 at about 6:41 a.m. at 90-03 32 Ave. They found 27-year-old Adrian de la Cruz with trauma to the back of his head after falling down a stairwell.
