This is what you can expect to see in Queens during day four of ‘City Hall in Your Borough’

We’re rolling into day four of ‘City Hall in Your Borough,’ here’s a look at what is going on for Mayor Bill de Blasio and his administration today.

At 11 a.m., Citywide Administrative Services Commissioner Lisette Camilo and Council Member I. Daneek Miller will open a new Computer-Based Testing Center, which is located at 118-35 Queens Blvd. in Forest Hills,  for civil service exams and job resources. Meanwhile, Taxi and Limousine Commissioner Meera Joshi will hold the 500th Vision Zero driver outreach meeting at El Rey Restaurant, located at 147-13 Hillside Ave. in Jamaica.

Later, at 11:15 a.m. de Blasio will visit North Shore Towers, located at 272-40 Grand Central Pkwy. in Floral Park, to discuss the Senior Citizen Housing Exemption tax abatement.

At 1:30 p.m., the Department of Finance will offer application assistance for the Rent Freeze Program at the Queens Library, located at 98-30 57th Ave. in Corona.

At 2 p.m., the mayor will meet at 16-50 Francis Lewis Blvd. in Flushing with a homeowner whose sidewalk is slated for repair as part of the Trees and Sidewalks program.

Later, at 3 p.m. Deputy Mayor Buery and Youth and Community Development Commissioner Bill Chong visit a Modell’s, located at 35-00 48th St. in Long Island City, for the Summer Youth Employment Program.

At 4 p.m.,  staff and volunteers from the Office to Combat Domestic Violence, Immigrant Affairs, Commission on Human Rights and others will do outreach on immigrant rights and domestic violence resources, including intimate partner violence sex trafficking and elder abuse at the 7 Train Flushing- Main Street Station.

This evening at 6:30 p.m., the Department of Cultural Affairs’ Materials for the Arts program will hold a free workshop teaching participants how to weave using found materials with Artist-in-Residence Dianne Smith at 33-00 Northern Blvd. in Long Island City.

Finally, at 7 p.m. the Department of Veterans’ Services and Department of Cultural Affairs’ Public Artist in Residence Bryan Doerries will present an interactive theater-based performance, “Theater of War: Hercules in Arverne,” at Macedonia Baptist Church, located at 330 Beach 67th St. in Arverne. The show will address issues of gun violence in communities with veterans and citizens.
