A grand jury indicted a South Ozone Park man on rape and sexual assault charges for attacking two women in Brooklyn on the same morning last month.

Keith Wiggins, 26, allegedly raped a 29-year-old woman at gunpoint on Fountain Avenue in East New York at 6:45 a.m. on Oct. 10. According to acting Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez, Wiggins allegedly removed a silver firearm from his waistband, held it to the victim’s head and walked her to the rear of a building.

There, prosecutors said, Wiggins allegedly forced her to strip, then raped her and forced her to perform a sex act on him. He then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Less than a half-hour later, authorities said, Wiggins approached a 15-year-old girl on Lincoln Avenue in East New York, pointed a silver firearm at her and ordered her to turn around. The victim ran away, and he fled the scene.

Then at 8:30 a.m. that morning, prosecutors noted, Wiggins entered an East New York building, approached a 30-year-old woman and pointed a silver gun at her. He then forced her into a hallway and made her perform a sex act on him while pointing a gun at her head.

Police later located Wiggins at John F. Kennedy Airport, where he allegedly attempted to return a rental car, Gonzalez noted.

“This defendant is allegedly a serial sex offender and a violent predator who targeted women walking alone in the early morning hours,” Gonzalez said in a statement on Nov. 3. “We intend to hold him fully accountable for these cowardly attacks.”

The indictment charges Wiggins with predatory sexual assault, first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree burglary as a sexually motivated felony, first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, among other charges. He was ordered held without bail and must return to court on Jan. 10, 2018.
