Spectrum News NY1 launches new 10 p.m. broadcast tomorrow night with Cheryl Wills

Spectrum News NY1 is expanding its weeknight news coverage with the launch of ‘NY1 Live At Ten,’ a new evening newscast dedicated to covering news across the five boroughs.

Anchored by news veteran Cheryl Wills, ‘NY1 Live At Ten’ will kick off its hour-long newscast on Monday, January 15 at 10 pm EST. Joining Wills on the new evening newscast will be meteorologist Erick Adame and traffic reporters Adelle Caballero and Alyse Barker. Reporters Lori Chung and Ruschell Boone will deliver live reports from across the five boroughs, with additional stories and features from the NY1 news team.

‘NY1 Live At Ten’ will be the only borough-to-borough newscast that will offer New Yorkers dedicated local programming and coverage of the stories that are newsworthy and relevant to their daily lives.

Each weeknight, Wills and the ‘NY1 Live At Ten’ team will provide enhanced, up-to-the-minute coverage of the top stories of the day, along with comprehensive news reports on what New Yorkers can expect for the day ahead. The live show will include weather updates, transit reports, political coverage and exclusive news coverage. ‘NY1 Live At Ten’ will also feature “SNY on NY1,” sports reports produced by SNY exclusively for NY1 viewers.
