From the days I brought my young children Elizabeth, Samantha and Josh to Disney World in Orlando, it’s been an opportunity to bond and celebrate.

Now, decades later, I had a glorious week with them and my now seven grandchildren. How lucky I am in this crazy world.

A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO MY BELOVED READERS

In stark contrast to my playful days with my precious family were the murders of innocent people whose families lost their ability to hug their children – their loved ones – ever again!

We must act! We must write President Trump to ban rifles Like the AR-15 immediately. They are meant for war. Assault rifle sales must end. Mental health services must be increased.

Let’s deluge the White House with a short but powerful message. Take the time — you can make a difference!
