Cops looking for suspect who fatally shot a man outside the Queensbridge Houses in LIC

Police are still looking for the suspect who fatally shot a man at the Queensbridge Houses in Long Island City this weekend.

At 7:54 p.m. on March 24, police responded to a call regarding a an assault at 40-06 Vernon Blvd. Upon their arrival, officers found 25-year-old Sharef Graham lying unconscious and unresponsive on a walkway at the location with a gunshot wound to his chest and thigh.

EMS responded to the scene and transported Graham to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
