Two crooks attack a food deliveryman in Glendale and try to rob him in broad daylight: cops

Police are looking for two men who attempted to rob a food deliveryman on a Glendale street in broad daylight.

According to police, at 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 3, a 41-year-old man was making a food delivery in front of 77-67 76th St. when he was approached by two unknown men. The suspects then placed the delivery man in a choke-hold and attempted to take his personal property.

The crooks were ultimately unsuccessful and fled the scene in a silver vehicle.

Officers from the 104th Precinct responded to the incident. The victim did not sustain any serious injuries as a result of the incident.
