After several days, police were able to reunite a family with a woman who suffered a terrible fall on a Flushing street earlier this week and couldn’t remember where she lived.

According to police, at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 29, a senior woman fell in the vicinity of Kissena Boulevard and Holly Avenue, causing injuries for her face. EMS responded to the scene and transported her to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital, where she is listed in stable condition.

The woman, who police say speaks Cantonese and very little English, could not remember her home address nor could she give contact information for family or friends.

According to published reports, police were able to reconnect the woman with her family on Friday, Aug. 31. No other details were offered.
