Cops are looking for three men connected to two recent armed robberies against cab drivers in Jamaica.

According to police, at 4:20 p.m. on Aug. 29, a 54-year-old male cab driver picked up three unidentified men in the vicinity of 33rd Street and Queens Boulevard in Long Island City. The men asked the driver to take them to 160th Street and 108th Avenue.

When they arrived at the Jamaica location, authorities said, one of the men pulled out a knife and held it to the driver’s neck, demanding money. The other two suspects patted down the victim while the knife-wielding crook took the victim’s wallet, which contained $100 in cash and two credit cards.

The suspects then exited the vehicle and fled into an apartment building on 160th Street, police reported.

Weeks later, law enforcement sources said, a 31-year-old male cab driver picked up two men in front of a location on 170th Street in St. Albans at 12:02 a.m. on Sept. 15. The men initially asked to be taken to a location on Ruscoe Street, however when they arrived at the location they asked to be taken another block over to a home on Watson Place near Polhemus Avenue in Jamaica.

When the cab arrived at Watson Place, authorities said, one of the men pulled out a gun and held to the driver’s midsection. The thieves then took the driver’s cellphone and $380 in cash before fleeing the scene on Watson Place.

On Oct. 21, police released security camera images of the suspects, who are described as black men aged 19 to 20 years old and standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall.
