Police have arrested a Jamaica resident who allegedly flashed himself on board a train at the 21st-Queensbridge station in Long Island City.

Law enforcement sources said that a 28-year-old woman witnessed a man exposing his junk on a Manhattan-bound F train on Nov. 1 at 9:15 p.m.

Authorities later identified the alleged flasher as Leandro Santos. Sources close to the investigation say that Santos rubbed his genitals above his clothing and then again while inside of his pants.

The 39-year-old was arrested and charged on Nov. 11 with public lewdness.
