A 92-year-old woman died a day after being involved in a two-car collision in Bayside, police announced on Saturday.

Gwendolyn Booklan of Bay Club Drive in Bay Terrace had suffered head and body trauma in the crash that occurred at 10:55 a.m. on Jan. 25 at the corner of 33rd Avenue and 202nd Street.

Law enforcement sources said that Booklan was riding in the front passenger seat of a 2007 Nissan Altima, driven by a 59-year-old man, heading westbound on 33rd Avenue when the vehicle was struck by another 2007 Altima driven by a 19-year-old man, traveling northbound on 202nd Street.

The impact of the collision caused both vehicles to smash into a cement retaining wall of a nearby home.

Officers from the 111th Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding the crash. While both drivers were uninjured, police said, Booklan suffered head and body trauma.

Paramedics rushed Booklan to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital in critical condition; she died there Saturday of her injuries.

No arrests have been made, and the NYPD Collision Investigation Squad is conducting an inquiry.
