Cops need the public’s help in finding two men who were caught on camera breaking into a Middle Village home last week and stealing thousands of dollars in cash and property.

Law enforcement sources said the burglary occurred at 4:40 p.m. on Feb. 6 at a home along Eliot Avenue near 83rd Place.

According to police, the two suspects used a tool to pry open the basement window grate to get into the home. Once inside the residence, authorities said, they grabbed $13,000 in cash along with a laptop computer, three iPads and assorted jewelry.

The break-in was reported to the 104th Precinct, which tweeted about the incident on Feb. 8. The NYPD later released video footage showing the two crooks at the scene.

According to a post from the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Twitter account, a reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to the burglars’ arrest.
