City Council committee okays Bayside rezoning
The City Council’s Land Use Committee, chaired by City Councilwoman Melinda Katz (D-Forest Hills), voted Tuesday 18-0 in favor of the proposal to toughen building restrictions in more than 350 blocks of Bayside, with one abstention by Katz.
