A former cop has been arrested for murder after allegedly shooting his wife during a domestic dispute in Ozone Park Saturday morning.
Police responded to the 104th Street home at about 11 a.m. and found 40-year-old Jessica Canty shot multiple times in the chest, the NYPD said.

The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Kevin Canty, 43, the victim’s husband, was caught shortly after the shooting and a firearm was also recovered, cops said.
Canty is a former NYPD officer, according to published reports.
He has been charged with second-degree murder and criminal use of a firearm, police said.
