Holocaust Survivor Visits Kids at Ridgewood School

Holocaust Survivor Marion Blumenthal Lazan visits I.S. 93 in Ridgewood last Monday, Mar. 18. After her presentation-which she closed by encouraging students that life’s troubles can be overcome with study, focus and love-she was warmly welcomed by the I.S. 93 students at stage front center. Pictured at center-left with Lazan are I.S. 93 Principal Theresa Rosato. Just behind Rosato is 8th grade teacher Ms. Gucciardino. At rear right (tallest) is 7th & 8th grade teacher Mr. Spern.
