Jackson Heights Perez wins Quantum Feet 5K race
Jacobo Perez took first place at the Fourth Annual Quantum Feet 5K Road Race in Fresh Meadows on Sunday. The 27-year-old Jackson Heights resident clocked in at 16:21.21, close to eight minutes ahead of Tomas Vasquez of Woodside, who finished at 16:29.30.<
