Police are investigating the death of a 7-month-old boy who lost consciousness inside his College Point home on Saturday afternoon.

Officers from the 109th Precinct and EMS units rushed to an apartment on College Point Boulevard near 18th Avenue at 3:25 p.m. after receiving a 911 call.

Upon arrival, they found Simon Naula-Cabrera unconscious and unresponsive. Police said there were no visible signs of trauma to his body.

Paramedics rushed the child to NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. His body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
