The first Backlot Art Festival — a showcase for artists living andf working in the Kaufman Arts District— runs Saturday and Sunday at Kaufman Astoria Studios on 36th Street.

Flapjack Fund-raiser — Applebee’s is teaming up with FBA of New York, Inc. for a flapjack fund-raiser.

When: Saturday, June 24, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Healthy Cooking Workshops — Learn new kitchen skills and recipes, meet other families and enjoy a free lunch while supplies last.
