Pa-Nash Eurosoul Restaurant and Lounge will host its 4th Annual Black Tie Gala in Rosedale Sunday.
The spot is co-owned by Annette Runcie, who has had her fusion food, which is a combination of Mediterranean Moroccan cuisine with Southern and Caribbean recipes, featured at Queens Taste in New York Hall of Science last year.
To manage the restaurant Runcie left a well-paying job at Proctor & Gamble, and now that the restaurant is a success, the restaurateur wants to give back to her community with the Alexander Youth Etiquette Success Inc. nonprofit by holding the gala.

Alexander Y.E.S. was established in 2016 by Runcie and it provides young men and women starting their freshman year of high school with professional skills, field trips, internships, scholarships and mentorship, according to the lounge owner.
“When I saw the behavior and attitudes of the youth, I decided to do what my parents would have done and be a part of the solution instead of just complaining,” she said.
The keynote speaker will be Vera Moore of Vera Moore Cosmetics. Queens Borough Deputy President Melva Miller will serve as the guest speaker, according to Runcie.
Every year 12 students are served by Alexander Y.E.S., and during the event youth participants will be recognized and receive welcome packets for the program.
One of the participants is Sarah Harze.
“I don’t know what career I want right now, but I feel that Alexander Y.E.S. will help me to determine that, Sarah said.
Guests will be treated to cocktails and a three-course meal as music plays throughout the night at 144-14 243rd St.
