Police are searching for these suspects in connection with a Steinway Street robbery.

Police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection for an Astoria armed robbery.

The suspects entered a Steinway Street business on Tuesday, January 17 armed with a handgun and demanded money, according to police.  In the surveillance video, you can see one suspect is wielding bolt cutters, while the other is holding what appears to be a gun as employees lie on the floor.

Police described the first suspect as approximately 35 years old, 5-feet-10-inches tall and 190 pounds.  The second suspect is described as approximately 35 years old, 6-feet-1-inches tall and 190 pounds

Anyone with information in regards to the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
