Cops arrest 22, closing SE Queens drug factory

The New York City Police Department and Queens District attorney Richard Brown announced the arrest of 22 individuals, eight of them from South Jamaica, in a drug bust called Operation Turkey Trot.

Brown said the arrests occurred last week after search warrants were obtained in eight different locations in Jamaica, South Jamaica and Glen Oaks, including an alleged drug-packaging factory located at 109-10 160th Street.
