Josephine Haskins wants only one Christmas present for her children this year: a modest apartment where the family can spend the holidays together.
But it looks as if it will take a small miracle for that to happen because Haskins is renting a one-room apartment in Laurelton while her children are living under separate roofs.
In July, Haskins discovered her home in Rochdale was being foreclosed upon the same day doctors found that she had stage four cervical cancer, the most advanced form.
