Northern Blvd. bridge fix in stage 2: DOT

Community Board 11 Chairman Bernie Haber said construction on the Northern Boulevard Bridge over the Cross Island Parkway moved into its second phase this week as the Department of Transportation replaced the center lanes of the bridge constructed in 1939.
