Shulman cries foul over more flights at LaGuardia

Queens Borough President Claire Shulman on Tuesday expressed deep concern over the prospect of an increase of perhaps as many as 400 flights a day at LaGuardia Airport and held out the possibility of a lawsuit to block such an eventuality.
