College Point — A 68-year-old College Point man was reported missing Tuesday night. The man, James Lambbert of 119-19 Graham Court, left his home Tuesday at 9 a.m., police said. Lambbert, who is black and is in poor mental health, was last seen wearing a blue and white shirt, black pants, a black cap and blue slippers, said Detective Eugene Canapi, a police spokesman. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should call the 109th Police Precinct at 321-2294.
