This Saturday July 14, the Barnes & Noble bookstore, 23-80 Bell Blvd. in Bay Terrace hosts a special reading in anticipation of the release of the new “Planet of the Apes.” Three Ape actors and Curious George appear live starting at 11 a.m.
For older children and adults, the cast of apes and humans presents a “Murder Mystery Goes Ape” party at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 26. Humans dresed in their primate best will get a special prize.
