South Ozone Park — An 18-year-old man shot a 21-year-old man once in the torso in an apparent robbery Sunday at 127-05 111th Ave. in South Ozone Park, police said.
The victim, whose name was not released, was rushed to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, police said. The suspect, also not named, took the victim’s jewelry and fled, police said.
As of Tuesday, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
