BROOKLYN — A Corona man was charged with vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving after he lost control of his motorcycle Tuesday and crashed into a roadway divider in Brooklyn, killing his 20-year-old passenger, police said.

Kilian Breen, 20, of 98 Laurel Dr. was taken to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan in stable condition after the accident, which took place at South 5th Street and Havemayer Street and which left Justin Soulri dead, police said. No address was released for the victim.
