Fatal Shooting
A dispute led to the shooting death of one man on February 6.
According to reports, police responded to a call at 1115 Brunswick Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered one male, 19, with a gun shot wound to the chest and another male, 22, with a wound to the left arm.
The first victim, Keith Thompson, was taken to St. John’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The second victim was taken to Mary Immaculate Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. A 380 caliber firearm was recovered at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
