Dad Arrested For Menacing Boy

A customs agent allegedly pulled a gun on a student at P.S. 50 in Jamaica on March 17. Carlos Ugarte allegedly confronted Antoine Hodges, 10 (above) after he and Ugarte’s son had a fight. The father then made the two boys stop fighting and shake hands. Ugarte was arrested and charged with menacing following the incident. He has been assigned to desk duty without his gun and badge.
