Richard Infante, 25, of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Jonathan Infante, 23, of Brooklyn, were arrested after they allegedly began shouting profanities in Vixen, a topless bar on Metropolitan Avenue near 60th Street in Ridgewood, around 3:45 a.m. Feb. 12, a spokeswoman for Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.The brothers also allegedly made obscene gestures at female customers inside the bar and then were asked to leave the premises, the spokeswoman said. Richard Infante allegedly told the bar's manager that he would “shoot him and everyone inside the club” and then kicked in and shattered the front door of the club, the spokeswoman said.Richard Infante also allegedly struck two officers attempting to arrest him, causing substantial pain and bruising to one of the officer's lower left leg and injuring the other officer's left shoulder, the spokeswoman said. Both brothers were arraigned before Queens Criminal Court Judge Steven Paynter on the day of their arrest.Richard Infante was charged with assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and harassment and could face up to seven years in prison, if convicted, the spokeswoman said. His bail was set at $3,500 and is scheduled to return to court Feb. 26, the spokeswoman said.Jonathan Infante was charged with criminal mischief and harassment and could face up to one year in jail or $1,000 fine, if convicted, the spokeswoman said.
