Cyclist struck on Roosevelt Avenue

Police from the 110th Precinct arrived at the scene after the Mitsubishi driver called 911, authorities said. The cyclist was taken to New York Hospital Queens, where he was pronounced dead at 3:20 p.m., police said. The cyclist's identity has not been released. The driver remained at the scene, police said. No criminality was suspected and the police are still investigating, authorities said.
