Nabel Diaz was accused of raping the 15-year-old girl, who was not identified, on Feb. 7 in front of 95-27 98th St. around 3 p.m., according to the criminal complaint.
Diaz was arrested Feb. 8 and arraigned Friday on rape charges by Queens Criminal
