Four individuals have been arrested in connection with an attempted deception robbery.
According to police, Sylvia Welch, 26; Cecelea Wloch, 28; Mary Kolompaer, 62; and Witold Kolompaer, 43, gained entry to a home at 49th Avenue and Overbrook Street by telling the homeowner that they needed to leave a package and note for a neighbor.
The arrests were made in the 104th Precinct.
