Perv Still On The Loose

A man who was caught on cell phone exposing himself on the No. 7 Train is still on the loose.
According to police, the incident occurred on August 26 near the 82nd Street and Roosevelt Avenue stop.
The man is described as 5’4”, 170 pounds, wearing a dark-colored Yankees T-shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, a white baseball cap and dark glasses.
