On Sunday, November 4, police responded to 88th Street and Liberty Avenue and found a 30-year-old male with a gun shot wound to his torso. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and took the victim to Jamaica Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
No arrests have been made in the shooting, and the investigation is ongoing.
