Politicians of every stripe do the old song-and-dance at Queens Theatre in the Park, during the “2007 Legislative Revue Strikes Back.”
They got belly laughs - and thunderous applause. The pols and corporate sponsors poked fun at themselves, the mayor and the governor during the extravaganza in the main theater, on Saturday, November 17.
The laughs may have been at their own expense, but the event raised over $100,000 to support the theater complex, located near the New York State Pavilion in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.
