Police have apprehended a 21-year-old man and are seeking three others for allegedly taking a victim’s bookbag.
According to cops, the suspect, Furquan Jafri, and three others surrounded the victim at 188th Street and Underhill Avenue and, using threats and intimidation, took his backpack.
