Sign of the times

Workers make last-minute adjustments to a 21st century state-of-the-art computerized
illuminated sign, which will adorn recently opened Queens Crossing, on Main Street and 39th Avenue in Flushing. Historic St. George’s Episcopal Church stands watch over the development of Flushing from across the street, as it has since its founding in 1702.
