ID Man in Fatal Wreck

Cops have identified the man killed in an accident on Francis Lewis Boulevard and 46th Avenue on April 9.
Police say Elliott Heicklen, 26, who was riding a motorcycle, was pronounced dead on the scene after he suffered severe trauma.
