Thieves Caught Allegedly Stripping Car

Four men were apprehended while stripping the tires off a car at Penelope Avenue and Pleasantview Street.
According to published reports, two of the suspects — Jonathan Diaz, 18, and Elliot Garcia, 19 — were near the car, a 2008 Honda, while the other two — Daniel Cepeda, 20, and Edward Segura, 20 — were rolling the tires.
They pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Each faces 15 days in jail or a $250 fine.
